    There is a full slate of incredible talent coming to the Elkader Opera House this season.   We have two special deals we want to tell you about.  

    The performance people are *still* talking about since they were last on the Opera House Stage in 2006 - The Smothers Brothers - return to Elkader for two more performances Thursday November 12, 2009 at 3:00pm and 7:00pm.   Tickets for this show won't go on-sale to the general public until July 13th.  However - (you knew there was a however didn't you?) for those who want the best seats, we have a deal for you!  On June 1, 2009, tickets will go on sale for Premium seating (The first five rows on  the main floor, and the first row of the balcony).  To help us keep bringing you this caliber of entertainment, and to get the best seats possible, we will offer these seats on a sliding price scale.  Purchase your seat June 1-7 for $90 each.  June 8-14, the price drops to $80 each.  Pricing will continue to drop until July 13th, when all remaining cushioned seats will be on-sale for $40 each with the wooden balcony seats going on-sale for $30.  That means, if you want your favorite seat, you can hope and wait, or jump in there early and help us keep this great entertainment coming.  Here's the full price breakdown:

    Second, with so many wonderful shows, we thought we'd offer you the opportunity to pick up your seats early and pocket some savings.  We are offering three shows for a discount.   Purchase your seats for Herman's Hermits on July 11, 2009, Riders in the Sky on September 4, 2009, and The Smothers Brothers on November 12, 2009, and you get a $10 discount off our already great prices.   Simply add up the price of your regular ticket for all three shows, and then pocket $10 in savings per person.
